Mechanics are the Real Deal

This was by far the best experience I have had taking a car to get serviced by an independent mechanics shop!!! Historically, I have always had my cars serviced at dealerships; however by recommendation from another local Campbell business ...I decided to take my Audi A3 to Bay Area Motor Works. They are everything you want in an auto mechanic; honest, fair, reliable, great quality work, trustworthy, takes the time to listen and gives creditable guidance and recommendations on the needed repairs. They will not recommend unnecessary work which was a refreshing change from my experience with dealership service departments. I cannot thank William and his staff enough for the great service they provided me. And by the way...when it comes to German cars, these mechanics are the real deal....they know their stuff!!!!!
